Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major South African bank cards, EFT/direct deposit, and debit orders. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing.
What's the difference between a property and a unit type?
A property is your building or residence (e.g. "Sunrise Student Living, Braamfontein"). Unit types are the different room configurations within that property — single rooms, sharing rooms, bachelor flats, etc. Each unit type can have its own pricing, photos, and availability.
Are there any additional fees beyond the subscription?
No — your subscription covers everything. The monthly fee includes all your listings, unit types, tools, messaging, and analytics for that tier. No hidden charges.
What happens if I add another property on Starter?
The Starter plan is designed for a single property. If you acquire or manage additional properties, you can upgrade to Professional at any time — you'll only pay the prorated difference.
Is the student app really free?
ResiFind is free to download and use for students — searching, applying, and messaging are all included at no cost. Optional premium features like advanced safety tools may be available as a paid upgrade in the future.
What does early access pricing mean?
As a launch-period owner, you lock in your current rate for as long as you maintain an active subscription. If pricing changes in the future, it won't affect early access members.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves you roughly 17% compared to monthly billing. All tiers offer an annual option.
What does the verification process involve?
Owner verification includes business registration confirmation (CIPC), property ownership or management mandate documents, and a brief onboarding call. This protects both owners and students.
